PROJECT DESCRIPTION
17 Central offers spacious studio units & 1-bedroom units in the heart of Midtown, Sacramento. Walkable to some of Sacramento’s best bars, restaurants and urban amenities, 17 Central aims to provide a level of affordability for urban dwellers. The development includes EV charging spaces, a fitness room, a community room and an 8-story tall mural - info TBC.
In addition to the standard ‘light & bright’ interior design option, DBRDS prepared a darker & moodier upgrade interior design concepts which unfortunately did not make it into the project.
