PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In 2021, DBRDS (DoR) and SILLMAN (AoR) won an RFP with the San Diego Housing Commission for a new 100% affordable housing development within their existing Via Las Cumbres property in Linda VIsta. Sensibly nestled between the canyonlands of San Diego, this new construction project includes 76 new affordable housing units of various sizes, community rooms, and common space. Artfully integrated outdoor areas with natural accents and recreational areas create a sustainable, united community that residents are proud to call home.
