PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Located in the neighborhood of Golden Hill, this new 41,700 sf multi-family apartment complex features 34 residential units, an internal courtyard, an underground parking garage, and a roof deck boasting panoramic views of the San Diego Bay and Coronado Islands. Each unit features large windows for natural light and the central Zen-like atrium allows for breezy cross-ventilation throughout the complex.

The project was designed to meet the standards of the Golden Hill Community Plan; which meant that a portion of the units are offered to lower income families. This allowed the design to maximize the number of units on the site, increasing the urban density and providing the growing community of Golden Hill with sustainable and equitable housing.

This thoughtful planning allows the building to seamlessly integrate with the character of the existing neighborhood. The crowning jewel of the entire complex is the shared rooftop deck. With spaces for gathering and unparalleled views; plus, with the incredible San Diego weather, it is bound to be one of the mostly highly utilized bonus amenities of the building.

Award: San Diego Business Journal’s 2021 Best Multi-family Project of the Year
