The Great Cabino, Alpine
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
DBRDS’ longtime friend Teddy ‘Ranchoted’ Przybylek invited us to design a cabin on his Alpine Ranch, about an hour east of downtown San Diego. With a sleeping space, outdoor shower & a large patio, this cabin is designed to be a quite retreat on the upper east-side of the property where the experience of nature and extensive views are the priority. A series of materials are being studied from corrugated metal, corten steel & western red cedar.
