The Henson Farms Apartments development is located 5 minutes west of Main Street, Yuba City. The 7.84acre is proposed to rezone an industrial property formerly known as Henson (walnut) Farms into a medium density (18 d/u’s per acre) 3-story walk-up garden-style apartment project.

Reclaimed corrugated metal from an existing barn building will be reused on the leasing & mail building, while existing industrial machinery will be repurposed as landscape features throughout the property, paying homage to the historic operations of the original Yuba City Henson (walnut) Farms.
