929 W Grape Street, Little Italy

Placed at the gateway location of Pacific Highway & W Grape Street, the 929 W Grape Street Condominium project sits at the intersection of the San Diego County Administration Center (CAC) precinct and the Little Italy community of downtown San Diego. Drawing inspiration from the golden rectangle proportions of the CAC the project harmoniously combines these proportions with a playful nod to the iconic Coronado Bridge & the rippling of the waters of San Diego Bay. 49x new condominiums (including 5x affordable housing condos) were approved through a Coastal Development Permit process in December 2021.
