Lumina Condominium, East Sydney

Located in the heart of Sydney, the Lumina development was the result of converting an existing 15-story commercial office building into 126 residential units. One of those units was purchased by DBRDS Principal Ivan Rimanic and designed as a minimalist retreat from the intensity of Sydney living.
